Adxventure is looking for a skilled and creative WordPress Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in WordPress website development, customization, and maintenance, along with a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. You should be comfortable creating responsive, user-friendly, and performance-oriented websites.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
- Create responsive and user-friendly website layouts.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins according to project requirements.
- Convert design concepts into functional WordPress websites.
- Develop and modify web pages using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
- Ensure websites are fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and fix website bugs, errors, and compatibility issues.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and basic SEO.
- Integrate forms, third-party tools, APIs, and other website functionalities when required.
- Maintain website security, backups, updates, and overall functionality.
- Coordinate with designers, content teams, and digital marketing teams to deliver projects on time.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience as a WordPress Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of WordPress.
- Good knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Good knowledge of Bootstrap and responsive web design.
- Experience with WordPress themes and plugins.




- Understanding of website customization and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of PHP and MySQL will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of website speed optimization and SEO-friendly development is preferred.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong attention to detail.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates with strong practical WordPress development skills are also encouraged to apply.

Preferred Candidate
- Someone who can independently develop and customize WordPress websites.
- Positive understanding of HTML, CSS & Bootstrap is essential.
- Creative approach toward website design and functionality.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
