Shift Timings: Rotational Shift

: Own Windows 10/11 endpoint administration, troubleshooting and overall endpoint health.

- Manage Windows endpoints using ManageEngine Endpoint Central and other MDMs.
- Manage patch deployment, software deployment, inventory and endpoint compliance.
- Troubleshoot complex Windows OS, hardware, driver, performance, networking and application issues.
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) joined devices and troubleshoot authentication and access issues.
- Provide L2/L3 support for Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and Office.
- Manage application deployment, upgrades, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Handle Windows patching and remediation of critical security vulnerabilities.
- Troubleshoot antivirus and endpoint security-related issues.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring endpoint and application issues.
- Develop PowerShell scripts for automation, troubleshooting and reporting.
- Troubleshoot VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and other endpoint networking issues.
- Monitor endpoint compliance, patch status and device health.
- Handle escalated incidents and complex technical issues within defined SLAs.
- Coordinate with software, hardware and security vendors.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs and troubleshooting guides.
- Assist with endpoint hardening and CIS/security baselines.
- Participate in endpoint, security and infrastructure improvement projects.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.





- Strong experience with endpoint and patch management.
- Hands-on experience with Intune,ManageEngine Endpoint Central or similar platforms.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and Windows networking.
- Good PowerShell scripting knowledge.
- Solid understanding of Windows security and endpoint compliance.

Experience with application deployment and software troubleshooting.

- Strong incident management, troubleshooting and RCA skills.

Experience with IT ticketing and ITSM processes.
