Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Windows Server Administrator (L1) to support and maintain Windows Server environments. The candidate will be responsible for server administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, user management, and handling day-to-day infrastructure support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor Windows Server environments and ensure system availability.

- Perform routine server health checks and maintenance activities.

- Manage Active Directory users, groups, and organizational units.

- Create, modify, and disable user accounts as per requests.

- Troubleshoot basic server, network, and application-related issues.

- Handle Windows patching and updates under supervision.

- Monitor server performance, disk space, and event logs.

- Support DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy administration.

- Respond to incidents, service requests, and alerts within SLA timelines.

- Maintain documentation of configurations, incidents, and resolutions.

- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams when required.





- Valuable knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.

- Good understanding of Active Directory (AD).

- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPO).
