Lakmé Academy powered by Aptech is looking for a passionate and skilled Skin & Nails Trainer to join our upcoming academy in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging theoretical and practical training sessions in Skin and Nail services
- Train students in skincare, skin analysis, facials, clean-ups, waxing, threading and professional beauty treatments
- Train students in manicure, pedicure, nail care, nail art and professional nail techniques
- Demonstrate correct treatment procedures, product usage and qualified service protocols
- Mentor and guide students throughout their learning journey
- Conduct practical assessments and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, sanitation and safety during all services
- Stay updated with current skincare and nail trends, techniques, treatments and products





Qualifications & Requirements
- 12th Pass + Relevant Beauty/Skin/Nail/Cosmetology Certification
- 1–2 years of industry/training experience preferred
- Strong technical knowledge in Skin and Nail services
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Local language proficiency preferred
- Prior experience as a Skin & Nails Trainer/Educator will be an advantage
