We are looking for a skilled Penetration Tester / Cybersecurity Professional to join our team remotely.

? Location: Remote — India

⭐ Preference: Candidates currently based in Madhya Pradesh

? Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,50,000/month in hand, depending on experience, skills and practical expertise

? Salary Review: Every 3 months based on performance

? Additional Bonus: Extra monthly bonus for additional work/performance

⏰ Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Minimum Requirements

- Strong practical knowledge of Penetration Testing and Cybersecurity
- CEH and OSCP certification/background
- Robust CTF experience — Hack The Box, TryHackMe, CTF competitions, labs, etc.
- Good CTF profiles/write-ups/rankings will be highly valued
- Strong understanding of Lateral Movement and Privilege Escalation
- Strong knowledge of Web, API, Network and System vulnerabilities
- Good understanding of CVEs, vulnerability research and exploitation concepts
- Experience with reconnaissance, enumeration and vulnerability assessment
- Ability to independently analyze and troubleshoot security problems





AI-Assisted Security Skills Candidates should know how to effectively use modern AI tools for cybersecurity research, automation and productivity, including:

DeepSeek • OpenAI Codex • GLM • other LLM/AI tools

You should understand how to use AI to assist with scripting, research, vulnerability analysis, debugging, automation and CTF workflows — not simply depend on it.

Hardware Requirement ? Must have a reliable laptop/desktop with at least:

16 GB RAM minimum

Stable high-speed internet connection

We are mainly looking for someone with strong hands-on expertise, not just theoretical knowledge or certifications.

Candidates with impressive Hack The Box / TryHackMe / CTF profiles, cybersecurity projects, vulnerability research or bug bounty experience will receive preference.

Note: Only talented people with good knowledge and skills. Do not waste my time, If you don't have practical knowledge about VDP, Ethical Hacking & CTFs.
