Open Positions

- General Manager –
- F&B; Background

8–10 years’ experience in luxury clubs, resorts, or 5-star hotels

Proven leadership in F&B; operations and guest services

Strong strategic, operational, and people management skills

- Estate Manager / Facility Manager –
- Technical

Background in Engineering or Facilities Management Experience in MEP systems, building maintenance, and vendor coordination

Exposure to large residential or hospitality projects

- Guest Delight Manager / Duty Manager (Front Office ) –
- Female Candidates Only

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience in front office operations, concierge services, and VIP guest handling

Background in luxury hotels or premium clubs preferred

- Housekeeping Manager

Experience leading large housekeeping teams High standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and attention to detail





Experience In Luxury Hospitality Essential

- Security Manager

Strong background in hospitality or residential security

Coordination with agencies & emergency response planning

Focus on safety protocols and operational vigilance

- Executive –
- Store &
- Purchase

Expertise in hospitality procurement and inventory control Vendor management experience across F&B;, housekeeping, and engineering

Strong negotiation and organizational skills

- Assistant F&B; Manager

Hands-on experience in fine dining, banquets, and bar operations Robust leadership and guest service orientation

Background in luxury hospitality preferred

- Executive Chef

Creative culinary leader with experience in multi-cuisine & fine-dining environments Expertise in menu development and kitchen operations

Strong team management and innovation in gastronomy

- Executive –
- Kitchen Stewarding

Experience in kitchen sanitation, dish-washing, and team supervision Familiarity with hygiene protocols and kitchen logistics
