DESIGNATION: Wedding Event Planner

LOCATION: Bandra, Mumbai

EXPERIENCE: 4+ years of experience in client servicing, wedding planning, 5-star banquet sales, hospitality experience

JOB PROFILE: Client Servicing, Sales, Client negotiation, Event Management, Vendor Arrangement, Vendor Negotiation, Operations, Productions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

· Client Servicing

· Vendor Negotiation and Finalization

· Artist Coordination

· Assisting Seniors in handling arrangements for Conferences, Corporate events, Award night, Weddings, Engagement, Sangeet, Cocktail Parties, Birthday parties etc.

· Price negotiations.

· Coordinating & Managing with Catering Department for flow of event.

· Venue Management.

Candidate should have full time working experience in a wedding company.
