F5 Weddings & Celebrations is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Wedding Design Specialist to join our team and bring beautiful wedding concepts to life.
? What You’ll Do
- Understand client requirements, preferences and wedding vision
- Develop creative concepts, themes and décor styling for weddings
- Create mood boards, design presentations and visual references
- Plan décor elements including mandap, stage, entrances, dining areas, florals, furniture, lighting and props
- Coordinate with décor, floral, fabrication, rental and production vendors
- Conduct venue/site visits and understand spatial requirements
- Work closely with the wedding planning and operations team to ensure smooth execution
- Supervise on-site décor setup and ensure the final execution matches the approved design
- Suggest creative and practical design solutions within the client's budget
- Maintain high standards of aesthetics, detailing and execution quality
? ? We’re Looking For
- Experience in wedding décor, event design, interior design, styling or a related creative field
- Strong understanding of wedding aesthetics, décor elements, colours, fabrics, florals and spatial styling
- Good visualisation and creative thinking
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read/understand layouts and spatial requirements
- Strong vendor coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work under tight timelines and manage on-site execution
- A portfolio of wedding/event design work is preferred
