Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Web Developer to design, develop, maintain, and optimize websites for our company and clients. The candidate will work closely with the Digital Marketing, SEO, Content, Campaign, and Creative teams to build high-performing, responsive, user-friendly, and SEO-friendly websites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly websites.
- Develop new website pages and features based on business and client requirements.
- Convert design concepts, wireframes, and layouts into functional web pages.
- Work on website development using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, or other relevant frameworks/platforms.
- Develop and customize WordPress websites, themes, plugins, and templates as required.
- Ensure websites are responsive and work properly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, security, and usability.
- Coordinate with the SEO team to implement technical SEO requirements and improve website performance.
- Implement website tracking tools, forms, pixels, analytics, and other digital marketing integrations as required.
- Troubleshoot and fix website bugs, errors, broken links, and technical issues.
- Perform regular website updates, maintenance, backups, and security checks.
- Integrate third-party tools, APIs, CRM systems, forms, payment gateways, and other services when required.
- Coordinate with the Content and Creative teams for website content, images, banners, landing pages, and other assets.
- Develop and optimize landing pages for digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Ensure websites follow basic SEO, accessibility, and performance best practices.
- Test websites before deployment and ensure proper functionality across browsers and devices.
- Maintain proper documentation of website changes, credentials,



integrations, and development work.
- Manage multiple website projects and meet assigned deadlines.

Required Technical Skills:

- Robust knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Good understanding of PHP and MySQL.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress.
- Knowledge of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Understanding of website speed and performance optimization.
- Basic understanding of technical SEO.
- Knowledge of Git/version control will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with APIs and third-party integrations will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking will be an added advantage.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
- Relevant practical experience and a strong portfolio will be considered.

Preferred Candidate: The ideal candidate should be technically strong, creative, detail-oriented, and capable of independently handling website development and maintenance tasks. Experience working with digital marketing teams and client websites will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
