About The Role

Our Client is a leading provider of networking solutions, offering cutting-edge technology in ISP services, network infrastructure, and cloud solutions. We are looking for a creative and skilled Website Designer and Developer who is also proficient in designing social media posts and HTML emailers to join our dynamic team.

What you'll do

- Website Design &
- Development:

- Design, develop, and maintain company websites ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate business goals into website features and functionality.

- Ensure the website design is mobile-responsive and SEO-friendly.

- Update content, create landing pages, and optimize user experience across devices.

- Troubleshoot website issues and ensure site security, including regular updates and backups.

- Social Media Post Design:

- Create visually stunning graphics for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) aligned with the company’s brand guidelines.

- Develop creative and engaging visuals for campaigns, promotions, and events.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content that boosts social engagement and enhances brand presence.

- HTML Emailer Design:

- Design and develop responsive HTML email templates for marketing campaigns.

- Ensure that emailers are consistent with the brand’s design aesthetics and optimized for various email clients and devices.

- Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging, clear,



and conversion-driven email campaigns.

- Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and content teams to align the digital marketing strategies with design and user experience.

- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices in web design, social media, and email marketing.

What we're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field.

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in website design and development.

- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress.

- Proven experience with responsive web design, ensuring optimal user experience across various devices.

- Expertise in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools for social media content creation.

- Proficiency in designing and coding HTML emailers with a good understanding of email platforms like Mailchimp, SendGrid, etc.

- Robust attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.

- Knowledge of SEO, website optimization, and UI/UX principles is a plus.
