Mordnet is seeking a data-driven Web Growth Specialist to scale our online presence, optimize conversion funnels, and directly drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Funnel & CRO Optimization: Design, test, and optimize user journeys to convert web traffic into paying customers.
- Website Management: Oversee site architecture, landing pages, and UX/UI to ensure high speed and seamless performance.
- Order & Sales Scale: Implement strategies across SEO, paid acquisition, and email marketing to scale daily orders.
- Data & Analytics: Monitor KPIs, run A/B tests, and leverage data insights to refine performance continually.

Qualifications

- Proven track record in e-commerce or digital product growth.
- Expertise in web platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Webflow, or custom stacks) and analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience with CRO, A/B testing frameworks, and search engine optimization.
