Qualifications & Skills CMS Proficiency:

Hands-on experience with modern Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Webflow, or custom enterprise CMS).

Technical Fundamentals: Working knowledge of basic HTML and CSS for formatting and quick troubleshooting.

Asset Editing: Familiarity with image editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or Canva) to resize and optimize assets for web use.

Editorial Eye: Strong proofreading skills with strict attention to typographical, grammatical, and layout consistency.

Attention to Detail: Ability to handle repetitive data entry and frequent updates with zero errors under tight daily deadlines

Key Responsibilities Daily CMS Management:

Upload, format,



schedule, and update web copy, news releases, event listings, blog posts, and multimedia assets across organizational websites.

Layout & Formatting: Implement page designs and layouts within existing CMS templates, using basic HTML/CSS to troubleshoot spacing, styling, or rendering issues.

Content Quality Assurance: Audit pages regularly for broken links, typos, outdated information, missing metadata, and display inconsistencies across mobile and desktop.

Digital Asset Preparation: Crop, resize, and optimize images, videos, and PDFs for optimal web performance and rapid page load times.

Basic SEO & Accessibility: Apply standard on-page SEO best practices (meta titles, descriptions, heading hierarchies)
