R.D. Public School, Betul, invites applications from experienced and dynamic professionals for the position of Infrastructure Manager to oversee the planning, maintenance, development and smooth functioning of the school’s physical infrastructure and facilities.

Position: Infrastructure Manager

Location: Betul, Madhya Pradesh

Experience: 8–12 years in Infrastructure / Facility / Estate Management, preferably in a school, educational institution, hospital, hotel or large campus.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise and maintain school buildings, classrooms, laboratories, offices, hostels and other infrastructure.
- Manage electrical, plumbing, civil, HVAC, water supply, sanitation and other facility-related services.
- Supervise maintenance staff, technicians, contractors and vendors and ensure timely completion of work.
- Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of campus infrastructure.
- Coordinate renovation, construction, repair and infrastructure development projects.
- Maintain records of assets, maintenance schedules, AMC contracts, repairs and infrastructure requirements.
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of fire safety systems, DG sets, lifts, electrical systems, water systems and other essential facilities.
- Monitor vendor performance, quotations, work quality and timely completion of assigned projects.
- Coordinate with Management, Administration, Security, Transport and other departments for infrastructure-related requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, statutory requirements and institutional policies.
- Prepare maintenance plans, budgets, daily,



weekly and monthly reports and infrastructure proposals for Management review.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Diploma in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Facility Management or a relevant field.
- Strong experience in large-campus infrastructure and facility management.
- Good knowledge of civil, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance works.
- Strong vendor management, team supervision and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and maintenance activities simultaneously.

- Experience in facilities management, campus operations, or infrastructure supervision within an educational or similar institutional setting.
- Knowledge of building maintenance, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance for large campuses or multi-wing institutions.
- Familiarity with digital infrastructure, including smart classroom technologies, basic networking, and hardware coordination.
- Strong project management, budgeting, and vendor management skills to oversee maintenance and development initiatives.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff and leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Betul and manage multiple priorities in a quick-growing school environment.
