Purpose:

To ensure accurate picking, packing, identification, and timely preparation of materials and kits as per production requirements, customer specifications, and company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and verify material requirements as per production orders and picking lists.
- Perform accurate material picking from designated storage locations.
- Verify item code, description, quantity, batch/lot number, and material identification before picking.
- Ensure FIFO compliance during material picking and issue.
- Update and maintain material transactions in ERP system (SAP).
- Segregate and identify materials based on production orders, kit requirements, and dispatch priorities.
- Perform kit packing as per approved BOM, packing instructions, and customer requirements.
- Verify 100% BOM components before packing and ensure correct quantity and item identification.
- Ensure proper labelling, tagging, packing,



and traceability of kits.
- Conduct final visual verification of packed kits before transferring to QC/dispatch.
- Maintain picking, packing, and material movement records.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch teams for material requirements and shortages.
- Report shortages, excess quantities, wrong items, damages, or discrepancies to the concerned department.
- Maintain proper 5S, housekeeping, and material storage practices in the picking and packing area.
- Ensure materials are handled safely to prevent damage, contamination, or mix-up.

Qualification: 10th/ 12th / ITI

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
