Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to manage and oversee complete warehouse operations, inventory, dispatch, team management, and stock control. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations with proper stock accuracy and timely dispatches.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

- Maintain accurate inventory and ensure proper stock control and reconciliation.

- Monitor all inward and outward material movements and ensure timely system updates.

- Plan and monitor daily dispatches to ensure timely order fulfillment.

- Ensure proper storage, product placement, and warehouse organization.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification and identify stock discrepancies.

- Track damaged, missing, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory.

- Manage and supervise warehouse staff, allocate work, and monitor team productivity.

- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Accounts, Logistics, and Operations teams for smooth warehouse activities.





- Ensure proper handling and storage of products to minimize damage and loss.

- Manage customer returns, replacement stock, and reverse logistics.

- Prepare regular reports on stock, inward/outward, dispatches, and inventory variance.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and warehouse processes.

- Identify operational issues and implement improvements to increase warehouse efficiency.

Required Skills

- 4–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse/inventory management.

- Experience in handling warehouse teams and day-to-day operations.

- Robust knowledge of inventory control and stock reconciliation.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/Warehouse Management Systems.

- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage high-volume inventory and dispatch operations.

- Experience in Consumer Electronics / Mobile Accessories / FMCG will be preferred.

Qualification

- Graduate in any relevant field.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
