- Position Title: Trainee Warehouse / Warehouse Operator Trainee
- Job Location: Goregoan East, Mumbai
- Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor
Role TYPE - CONTRACTUAL (only for 1 year)
- Job Purpose: Assist in daily warehouse operations while learning inventory management, receiving, packing, and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving & Unloading: inspect goods for damage, and match items against delivery slips or purchase orders.
- Stock Organization: Sort, label, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and label items accurately for outbound shipping under supervision.
- Inventory Tracking: Assist in routine stock counts and data entry into computerized inventory systems.
- Maintenance & Safety: Keep the workspace clean and adhere strictly to workplace safety and equipment guidelines.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Higher Secondary Certificate).
- Skills: Solid attention to detail, basic math and computer skills, and a willingness to learn teamwork and time management.
- Experience: Prior experience is not required for entry-level trainee roles, as on-the-job training is provided.
