About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inward and outward movement, inventory control, storage, dispatch, and logistics coordination.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing warehouses for white goods such as air conditioners, refrigerators, freezers, and home appliances.

Candidates with specific experience managing freezer/cold-storage warehouses for ice cream or frozen-food brands will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily inward and outward warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and timely receipt and dispatch of materials.
- Supervise loading, unloading, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels, physical inventory, damages, shortages, and discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ACs, refrigerators, freezers, and other home appliances.
- For freezer/cold-storage operations, ensure appropriate temperature monitoring, storage discipline, and product handling.
- Coordinate with logistics, transporters, sales, procurement, and other internal teams for smooth movement of goods.
- Plan and supervise daily manpower allocation and warehouse activities.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices, wherever applicable.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and support periodic audits.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure warehouse safety, housekeeping, security, and compliance with company SOPs.
- Maintain documentation related to GRNs, dispatches, stock transfers, returns, damages, and inventory movements.




- Track and minimize product damage during storage and handling.
- Coordinate reverse logistics, returns, and rejected/damaged stock.
- Monitor warehouse productivity and operational KPIs and report issues to management.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure adherence to operational procedures.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–7 years of experience in warehouse supervision/operations.
- Current or recent experience as a Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse In-Charge / Warehouse Executive.
- Hands-on experience in inward, outward, inventory management, dispatch, and logistics coordination.
- Experience handling white goods, consumer durables, appliances, or FMCG products is preferred.
- Strong preference for candidates who have managed freezer/cold-storage warehouses for ice cream brands or frozen-food companies.
- Good knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO, and warehouse processes.
- Experience supervising warehouse manpower and third-party logistics/transporters.
- Basic knowledge of WMS/ERP systems, MS Excel, and inventory management software.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who is currently managing a warehouse and has end-to-end responsibility for stock receipt, storage, inventory accuracy, picking, dispatch, and logistics. Candidates from ice cream/FMCG companies with experience managing freezer warehouses and temperature-sensitive inventory will be considered an especially strong fit.
