- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in WMS implementations (Reflex WMS expertise is a major plus) (ERP and Supply Chain implementations also accepted)
- Hands-on experience with functional design, gap analysis, target solution scoping, and parameter configuration
- Experience with AI-driven (WMS) capabilities, and the will and interest to use this within your role
- Knowledge and ideally experience with full lifecycle testing experience: System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live deployment support

Preferred candidate profile Role Scope & Key Responsibilities
- Lead the functional design and execution of defined WMS solutions in close collaboration with the Lead WMS Consultant/Architect and business stakeholders.
- Serve as the functional expert for complex 2nd and 3rd-line support incidents and change requests
- Lead key-user training sessions, run client workshops, and craft end-user documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize customer configurations using intelligent automation and analytics
- Applying AI and up-to-date productivity tools to accelerate functional documentation, test-script creation, and routine tasks
