Role Description The Warehouse Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stainless steel and GI wire mesh and filtration products.

Responsibilities include supervising warehouse staff, allocating tasks, monitoring productivity, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

The Warehouse

Supervisor manages inventory accuracy, coordinates shipping and receiving schedules, verifies documentation (including MTCs), and ensures proper material handling and storage. The role also involves maintaining warehouse cleanliness, optimizing layout,



resolving operational issues, and collaborating with sales and procurement teams to meet customer delivery timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving, with experience in coordinating dispatches, checking documentation, and handling customer orders.
- Candidates should possess Material Handling skills, including safe handling of wire mesh and filtration products and adherence to warehouse safety protocols.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Control skills, including stock tracking, cycle counting, and reconciliation of inventory records.
- Candidates should possess Forklift Operation skills or experience with similar warehouse equipment, with a valid certification where applicable.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in industrial or trading warehouses, knowledge of basic ERP or inventory software, and familiarity with quality documentation such as MTCs.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting are important.
- A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in a supervisory warehouse role.
