- Operations About the RoleTruewello is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Manager to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory management, order processing, barcode scanning, packing, dispatching, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on a laptop/computer , using Excel and warehouse/order management systems , and handling the complete order dispatch process efficiently. Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day warehouse operations and order fulfillment . Process and prepare customer orders for dispatch within the required timeline . Pick, check, pack, and dispatch products accurately. Perform barcode scanning for order processing, inventory movement, and dispatch. Ensure the correct product, quantity, SKU, and customer details are matched before dispatch. Maintain accurate inventory and stock records . Handle inward and outward stock movement and update inventory accordingly. Use Excel regularly for inventory tracking, order records, dispatch reports, and stock reconciliation. Operate laptop/computer and work with order management, courier, and warehouse software . Generate and print shipping labels, invoices, packing slips, and other required documents. Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for daily pickups and shipments . Track pending, failed, returned, and undelivered shipments and maintain proper records. Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory verification . Identify inventory mismatches, damaged products, missing items, and report them promptly. Maintain proper warehouse organization so products can be picked and dispatched quickly. Ensure all products are properly stored, labelled, and organized according to SKU/category. Handle returns and RTO shipments ,



including receiving, checking, and updating stock. Maintain daily warehouse reports and share dispatch/inventory updates with the management team. Ensure warehouse cleanliness, discipline, and proper handling of products. Follow company SOPs for packing, quality checks, inventory, and dispatch .

Required

SkillsBasic to valuable knowledge of MS Excel is required. Comfortable using a laptop/computer for daily operations. Knowledge of barcode scanners and barcode-based inventory systems . Good understanding of order processing and dispatch operations.

Good attention to detail and ability to avoid order/product errors. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple orders and warehouse activities simultaneously. Basic understanding of courier/shipping processes.

Good communication and coordination skills. Previous experience in e-commerce warehouse, logistics, order fulfillment, or dispatch operations will be preferred.

Preferred Experience 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, e-commerce operations, logistics, inventory management, or order dispatch. Candidates with experience in D2C/e-commerce warehouses and handling high-volume daily orders will be preferred.
