- Have to resolve customers query through chat
Job Profile:
Mandatory Criteria:
- Min 10+2 or 3 years diploma
- Fresher & experienced both can apply
- Positive verbal and written communication skill in English
- Customer orientation.
- Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
- No planned leave for upcoming 3 month after joining
- 9 hour of the day, 8hrs work and 1 hour break
- Should have a typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
Interview Structure: Salary upto 2.42 LPA
