- Handle complex L3 escalation incidents, root-cause analysis, and performance bottlenecks.




- High Availability & Disaster Recovery (HA/DR): Manage Always On Availability Groups, failover clustering, replication, and log shipping.Performance
- Tuning: Optimize slow queries, execution plans, index management, and database statistics.
- Maintenance & Migrations: Perform database installations, version upgrades, security patching, and cloud data migrations (e.g., to Azure or AWS)
- Automation: Write scripts using T-SQL or PowerShell to automate routine DBA and monitoring tasks.
- Advanced database administration, backup/recovery strategies, capacity planning, and SSIS/SSRS support.
