- Participate in HighRadius implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Configure and customize HighRadius modules including:
- Collections Management
- Cash Application
- Credit Management
- Deductions Management
- Electronic Invoice Presentment & Payment (EIPP)
- Gather business requirements and prepare functional design documents.
- Analyze AR and O2C business processes and recommend automation solutions.
- Integrate HighRadius with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Dynamics. HighRadius supports integrations with major ERP systems. [intuitionlabs.ai], [highradius.com]
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and business insights using HighRadius analytics tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams.
