Role Details

Java Technical Lead

3-15 years of experience required, with team handling at the lead level plus developer responsibilities.

Hands-on experience with Java 8, JSP, Spring Boot.

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies; ability to update stakeholders regularly.

Proven experience mentoring juniors, removing blockers, and contributing individually to project deliveries.





Experience in banking software delivery is a plus.

Senior Java Spring Boot Developer Responsibilities: 5-8 Years

API development and support

Production support

Deployment

Client management (requirement to release)

Working in an Agile-based environment

Essential Skills

Java Spring Boot, Core Java, JUnit, Microservices

JIRA For Junior roles, the minimum requirement is below.

Skills: Java, Design Patterns, and Microservices.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of Java and Microservices architecture.

Explain the projects they have implemented,

Describe the business functionality of the projects they worked on.
