Position: Shift Manager

Brand: KFC / Pizza Hut / Costa Coffee

Location: As Assigned

CTC: 3.00 LPA to 3.27 LPA

Job Purpose To lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensure customer satisfaction, achieve sales targets, maintain food safety and quality standards, and effectively manage restaurant team members.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

- Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
- Monitor product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and brand standards.

Team Management
- Supervise and motivate Team Members during shifts.
- Conduct shift briefings and assign responsibilities.
- Manage employee attendance, roster planning, and manpower deployment.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.

Sales & Business Performance
- Drive sales and upselling initiatives to achieve store targets.
- Monitor daily sales, productivity, and operational KPIs.
- Control food cost, breakages, wastages, and inventory variance.
- Support local store marketing activities to increase business.

Compliance & Food Safety
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI guidelines and company food safety standards.
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation,



and workplace safety procedures.
- Complete all operational and compliance checklists accurately.

Inventory & Cash Management
- Monitor stock levels and place requisitions as required.
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain stock accuracy.
- Handle cash management, deposits, and end-of-shift reconciliation.

Candidate Requirements

Education

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Hospitality or Hotel Management qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in QSR, Restaurant, Caf, Retail, or Hospitality operations.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory or team-handling experience preferred.
