Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage payroll processing for India, US, Philippines, and Mexico regions.

- Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries to employees through various payment modes (e.g., bank transfer).

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to employee data, benefits, or taxes.

- Provide subject matter expertise on Indian Payroll (PF), US Payroll (Federal Tax), Philippines Payroll (BIR), and Mexico Payroll (ISRP).

- Stay updated with changes in local labor laws and regulations affecting payroll operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-6 years of experience in managing international payrolls across multiple countries (India, US, Philippines & Mexico).

- Solid knowledge of Indian Payroll (PF), US Payroll (Federal Tax), Philippines Payroll (BIR), and Mexico Payroll (ISRP).

- Experience working with global HR systems such as Workday or similar platforms.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
