ABOUT THE ROLE:

Join IndiaFilings and take ownership of paid acquisition across Google & Meta. Were looking for a data-driven marketer who can scale campaigns, generate quality leads, and drive business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage & optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Drive quality leads & customer acquisition.
- Manage budgets, targeting, bidding & campaign scaling.
- Optimize CPL, CAC, ROAS & conversion rates.
- Execute A/B testing, remarketing & retargeting.
- Analyze performance and identify growth opportunities.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:





- 2 - 7 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience.
- Solid expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Experience handling high-budget lead generation campaigns.
- Strong analytical, communication & stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with GA4, GTM & Looker Studio is a plus.
- 50 Lakhs+ monthly ad budget experience preferred.
