Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Assist customers with product selection, provide recommendations, and resolve queries.
- Maintain store appearance by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Support sales team in achieving targets through effective communication and collaboration.
- Perform daily tasks such as inventory management, stock replenishment, and reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in retail sales or related field (cashier activities).
- Strong knowledge of food products, footwear, fashion items, FMCG sales, fruits & vegetables.
- Ability to work effectively in quick-paced environments with multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in DCF (Data Collection Framework) software an added advantage.
