Roles and Responsibilities

- Generate leads through various channels such as social media, online portals, and networking events.

- Conduct cold calls to potential customers to identify their financial needs and provide customized solutions.

- Develop strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their requirements and offering tailored services.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues in a timely manner.

- Meet sales targets set by the organization while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-1 year of experience in finance sales or related field (NBFC/microfinance).

- Robust knowledge of business loan products and processes.

- Excellent communication skills for effective lead generation and client interaction.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
