Role Summary The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving sales growth, client acquisition, site visits, project presentations, deal closures, team coordination, and business development activities. This is a target-driven leadership role focused on revenue generation and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets through client meetings, site visits, and closures.
- Manage end-to-end client interactions from lead generation to registration.
- Conduct project presentations and explain pricing, offers, and financing options.
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Channel Partners, banks, and legal teams.
- Lead and guide BDM Associates in field operations and documentation.
- Support events, client meet-ups, corporate campaigns, and brand promotion activities.
