- Role: Leading the research and development department for API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients).

- Responsibilities:
- Strategizing and managing the entire R&D; lifecycle (from route selection to commercial launch).
- Leading a team of scientists and ensuring project timelines are met.
- Overseeing process development, scale-up, and technology transfer to manufacturing sites.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines (e.g., WHO-GMP, USFDA) and maintaining lab safety.
- Budgeting, resource allocation, and troubleshooting complex chemistry issues.

2. Scientist R&D;

- Role: Executing laboratory experiments and developing current synthetic routes.

- Responsibilities:
- Conducting literature searches and designing synthetic pathways for APIs.
- Performing reactions, purification, and characterization of compounds using techniques like HPLC, GC, NMR, etc.
- Documenting experiments in laboratory notebooks and preparing technical reports.
- Supporting scale-up activities and optimizing reaction conditions for higher yields.
