Shift In-charge

- Role: Supervising production operations during a specific shift.

- Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of production chemists and operators on the shop floor.
- Overseeing the execution of batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitoring critical process parameters (temperature, pressure, pH) during reactions.
- Handling shift handovers, reporting production metrics, and resolving immediate operational issues.
- Ensuring strict adherence to safety and cGMP norms during the shift.

2. Production Chemist

- Role: Executing day-to-day manufacturing activities in the API plant.

- Responsibilities:
- Charging raw materials into reactors as per batch instructions.
- Monitoring chemical reactions and performing in-process checks.
- Operating equipment like reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and filters.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of production batches and cleaning records.
- Following safety protocols and maintaining hygiene in the production area.

3. Warehouse

- Role: Managing inventory and storage of raw materials and finished goods.

- Responsibilities:




- Receiving, inspecting, and storing raw materials and packaging materials.
- Maintaining proper inventory records (GRN, issue slips) and ensuring stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
- Coordinating with production and QC departments for the timely issuance of materials.
- Ensuring the warehouse complies with cGMP and safety standards.
- Managing dispatch of finished API products.

4. Head, Electrical Maintenance

- Role: Leading the electrical maintenance team to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.

- Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing preventive and predictive maintenance for all electrical equipment (motors, panels, transformers, etc.).
- Troubleshooting electrical breakdowns to minimize downtime in the API plant.
- Ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Managing spare parts inventory and leading a team of electrical technicians.
- Implementing energy-saving initiatives and upgrading electrical systems as needed.
