Finance Process & Support

- Support day-to-day finance and business processes and resolve operational issues.
- Understand existing workflows, identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Prepare process documentation, SOPs, MIS and management reports.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Technology and other stakeholders for process-related requirements.
- Track process performance, exceptions, TAT and operational metrics.

Process Development & Automation

- Identify repetitive, manual and rule-based activities that can be automated.
- Assist in designing and implementing improved finance processes.
- Work with technology teams/vendors to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
- Support automation initiatives using available digital/AI tools.
- Participate in UAT, process testing, implementation and post-implementation support.

Analytics & MIS

- Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, exceptions and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, MIS and analytical reports.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation and variance analysis.
- Convert business data into actionable insights for management.
- Support management with ad-hoc financial and operational analysis.





AI & Digital Enablement

- Explore practical applications of Generative AI, AI-assisted analytics and automation in finance processes.
- Use AI tools to improve reporting, documentation, data analysis and process productivity.
- Assist in developing AI-enabled workflows and use cases for finance and operations.
- Maintain awareness of emerging AI tools relevant to financial services.

Required Skills
- Good understanding of Finance / Accounting / Financial Services processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel including Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, data analysis, etc.
- Exposure to Power BI / SQL / dashboards / reporting would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini or similar platforms.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into process improvements.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and handle process-support requirements.
