Job Opening: Associate & Sr. Associate - BPO (Immediate Joiners Required)

We are looking for Freshers and Experienced Associates who are interested in building their career in the BPO industry.

Position Details

- Role: Associate
- Location: Hyderabad
- Salary: Up to 3.7 to 4.2 LPA
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
- Shift: Rotational Shifts
- Joining: Only Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions through voice/non-voice support.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
- Meet productivity and performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.




- Basic computer knowledge and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
- Immediate availability to join is preferred.
