Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire and onboard Delivery Partners for quick-commerce operations.
- Address and resolve rider queries related to payments, incentives, and operational issues.
- Track and report key metrics such as rider availability, order fulfilment, productivity, and service levels.
- Conduct regular field visits and build strong relationships with Delivery Partners.
- Maintain basic reports and trackers using MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Support and coordinate EV deployment across assigned locations.
Target Candidate Profile:
- Field Recruiters/Executives with experience in quick-commerce, hyperlocal, last-mile delivery, or logistics.
- Delivery Partner/Fleet Advisors with experience in companies such as Zypp, Hala, EV91, Bounce Daily, and similar platforms.
- Candidates with solid field-level experience in rider hiring, engagement, and fleet/partner operations.
