We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and leadership-driven Nursing Superintendent to oversee all nursing operations, clinical workflows, and patient care management across wards, ICU, and trauma emergency units.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and direct all nursing service activities across the hospital.

- Supervise ward incharges, ICU nursing teams, and emergency duty rosters.

- Ensure strict adherence to clinical protocols, infection control guidelines, and hospital accreditation standards.

- Conduct regular training, onboarding, and skills assessment for nursing personnel.

- Coordinate with administrative leadership, medical directors, and department heads for seamless patient care delivery.





- Address and resolve administrative or operational nursing queries promptly.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing / GNM with recognized state nursing council registration.

- Experience: 710+ years of clinical experience, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or leadership role (Nursing Superintendent / Deputy Nursing Superintendent / Floor In-Charge) in a 50+ or 100-bedded setup.
