ED Facility Coder (Certified) | 1-3 Years | Walk-in
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes for ED facility encounters.
- Review medical records and ensure coding accuracy.
- Apply ED facility E/M leveling guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards and payer requirements.
- Identify documentation gaps and coding discrepancies.
- Meet quality and productivity targets.
- Support denial analysis and coding audits.
Certification Required: CPC / CCS / CIC (or equivalent) Experience: 1-3 Years in ED Facility Coding.
