- Lead and manage day-to-day activities of Analysts in Bioanalytical Research.
- Drive bioanalytical method development, optimization, and troubleshooting using LC-MS/MS.
- Plan project activities, ensure effective equipment utilization, and monitor study progress.
- Review analytical data, method books, raw data, SOPs, study plans, and validation documents.
- Ensure compliance with GLP, safety, quality systems, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, deviations, investigations, and technical queries.
- Train, guide, and develop Analysts while managing team performance, attendance, and employee concerns.
Preferred candidate profile
- Qualification : B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.sc
- Experience : 6 Years To 12 Years
