Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service via phone calls.
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide product information, answer questions, and address concerns in a professional manner.
- Meet sales targets by upselling relevant products or services when appropriate.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in BPO/call center setting.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer handling.
- Ability to work on night shifts (rotational).
- Basic knowledge of computer applications.
