The TL- Darkstore of More Retail- Amazon is responsible for overseeing and coordinating warehouse activities. FMCG/Grocery or related experience is required. INBOUND and OUTBOUND process experience is a must. This role involves managing inventory, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and maintaining a secure and organized warehouse environment.

Job Location- Coimbatore ( 5 Locations)

Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock to meet demand while minimizing excess inventory.
- Oversee order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing,



and shipping orders accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as purchasing and sales, to ensure smooth operations.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software to track inventory, manage orders, and generate reports.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries.
