Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.

- Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for selection.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues or concerns related to employee relations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-4 years of experience in HRBP role or similar function.

- MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.

- Robust understanding of HR operations, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
