Candidate Expectation:

- Candidate must have 1-3 years of experience with Non-IT or IT Hiring experience.
- Non-IT or IT Hiring experience is must
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter in Non IT or IT similar role
- Solid verbal, written communication skills and sound judgement.

:

- Responsible for End-to-End sourcing and Recruitment for Non-IT requirements.
- Fulfil large number of staffing requirements across Domains, Function and Industry.
- Used platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, Monster to source and advertise openings.




- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms).
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Act as a consultant to recent hires and help them onboard.
