Role & responsibilities

- Counsel clients on Immigration, PR, Study & Visitor Visa options based on their profile.
- Handle incoming leads, follow-ups and client queries through calls, WhatsApp and meetings.
- Assess client profiles for Canada, Australia, UK, USA and other countries.
- Explain eligibility, process, documentation, fees and timelines clearly.
- Convert qualified leads into paid clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and review visa/immigration documentation and application files.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients throughout the application process.
- Coordinate with the documentation/processing team for smooth case handling.
- Stay updated with immigration policies, visa rules and program changes.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM regularly.
- Build robust client relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Handle objections and provide suitable solutions to prospective clients.

Preferred candidate profile Candidates with 14 years of experience in immigration/visa consultancy, especially Canada PR, Australia PR, UK, USA or Study Visa.
