Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls related to airline ticketing and travel services
- Assist customers with ticket booking, cancellations, changes and queries
- Provide accurate information on fares, schedules and travel policies
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards and SLA requirements
- Maintain accurate customer and transaction records
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Candidate Requirements Minimum 1 year International Voice experience
Excellent verbal communication skills
Customer service mindset
Willingness to work in US shifts
