1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for the organization.

- Understand hiring requirements from different departments and prepare suitable recruitment strategies.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and other channels.

- Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.

- Coordinate technical/functional interviews with department heads.

- Manage offer negotiation, selection, background verification, and joining formalities.

- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for key positions such as Equity Dealers, Research Analysts, Sales, Operations, and Back Office.

1. Employee Onboarding & HR Operations

- Manage complete employee onboarding and documentation.

- Maintain employee records and HR databases.

- Manage attendance, leave, employee queries, and HR documentation.

- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate employee information.

- Handle employee exits, full & final settlement coordination, and exit interviews.
