Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the overall operations of Antares by RajLaxmi, Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, revenue growth, team performance, and overall profitability of the hotel.

Candidates with pre-opening hotel experience and robust exposure to hotel operations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the overall hotel operations, including Rooms Division, F&B;, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, HR, Finance, and Sales.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction targets.
- Ensure high standards of guest service, hospitality, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
- Drive room occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, F&B; revenue, and overall hotel profitability.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, operating expenses, and financial performance.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and develop the hotel team to build a strong service culture.
- Establish and maintain SOPs, quality standards, and operational controls.
- Monitor guest feedback and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing to drive business, corporate accounts, events, and local market opportunities.




- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, hygiene norms, and hotel policies.
- Build strong relationships with guests, owners, vendors, business partners, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular departmental reviews and ensure effective coordination between all departments.
- Lead the hotel through pre-opening, opening, and stabilisation phases, where applicable.
- Prepare and present regular operational and financial reports to the management/ownership.

Candidate Profile

- 10–15 years of experience in hotel operations, with relevant experience in a senior leadership/GM role.
- Experience in full-service hotels, resorts, or upscale hospitality properties preferred.
- Strong pre-opening experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, budgeting, and P&L; management.
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and people-management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with a guest-centric approach.
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple departments effectively.
- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management preferred.
