Minimum 1 year of experience
We are looking for an experienced RCM Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) roles and be capable of managing the complete recruitment life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for RCM requirements.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Hire for positions such as:
- AR Caller
- Payment Posting Associate
- Pre-Authorization Executive
- Medical Coder
- Denial Management Executive
- Charge Entry Associate
- Medical Billing Specialist
- Team Leads and Trainers within RCM
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage offer rollouts and onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment databases and trackers.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in RCM hiring/recruitment.
- Experience hiring for AR Calling, Payment Posting, Pre-Auth, Medical Billing, Denial Management, and related RCM functions.
- Robust sourcing and screening skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of relevant RCM recruitment experience.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period preferred.
- Willing to work from Hyderabad in a day-shift environment.
- Open to both Contractual and On-Rolls employment opportunities.
