Department: Quality Control (OSD)

Designation: Executive

Experience: 2-5 years in pharma industry

Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc.

Work Location: Bengaluru/Pondicherry

Role Description:

- Experience in OSD (Tablets & Capsules) for FP, RM, Stability & Packaging Materials analysis.
- Robust hands-on expertise in HPLC & GC, Analytical Method Transfer (AMT), Analytical Method Validation (AMV), and packaging material testing.
- Good knowledge of QMS, GLP, laboratory practices, documentation and compliance requirements.

Department: Maintenance Engineering (OSD)

Designation: Executive

Experience: 2-5 years in pharma industry

Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation)

Work Location: Bangalore/Pondicherry

Role Description

- Responsible to conduct Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of production and packing equipment like Fluid bed driers (FBD), Rapid mixture grinders (RMG), Compression machines, Coating machines, Blenders, Capsule filling machines, Blister packaging, Bulk counting lines, Sachet filling lines, Serialization equipment & inspection systems.

Department: Quality Assurance (OSD)

Designation: Executive

Experience: 2-5 years in pharma industry

Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm





Work Location: Pondicherry

Role Description (IPQA):

- Performing all in-process checks & Ensure Line clearance at every stage of manufacturing.
- Sampling activity during different stages of Production.

Role Description (AQA):

- Review audit trail of the QC chromatography and non-chromatography instrument (IR, UV, SOR, HPLC, GC) in line with 21CFR part 11.
- Analytical Method validation and verification study, Assay review, Related substance, Residual solvents & Dissolution.

Department: Packaging Development

Designation: Executive/Senior Executive

Experience: 2-8 years in pharma industry

Qualification: Graduation/Diploma in Packaging Technology

Work Location: Bangalore

Role Description

- Establish and implement an integrated packaging development strategy for regulatory markets, partnering closely with Formulation Development and Manufacturing.
- Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle initiatives, including new launches, commercialization, site variations, cost optimization, and automation.
- Drive technology transfer and operational readiness by establishing Master Packaging Records, artwork, material specifications, and equipment change parts.
- Resolve quality issues and streamline manufacturing processes through continuous improvement, standardization, and variety reduction.
