Key Responsibilities

- Achieve sales targets based on ANP (Annualized Premium) and case count.
- Acquire current customers through leads, referrals, and organic growth.
- Conduct customer meetings to understand needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.
- Follow Need-Based Selling principles.
- Upsell and cross-sell insurance products.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure timely policy issuance.
- Maintain regular engagement with allocated customers.
- Collaborate with supervisors for sales planning and execution.
- Forecast sales and manage the client database within the assigned territory.
- Comply with ISMS and data security policies.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.




- Good sales acumen with a passion for achieving targets.
- Resilient, disciplined, and self-motivated.
- Results-driven with a positive attitude toward challenges.

Eligibility & Experience

- Any graduate or equivalent.
- Proven sales experience (preferably in insurance).
- Track record of meeting sales targets.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and pipeline management.
