Job Summary

We are looking for a Desktop Support Executive to provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of IT systems, computers, and network-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day desktop and technical support to employees.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues.
- Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and user accounts.
- Support users with Windows operating system and common software-related issues.
- Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.
- Manage and resolve IT support tickets and user queries.
- Assist with system updates, antivirus, and basic security requirements.




- Maintain records of IT assets and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors or the IT team for hardware and technical issues when required.
- Provide support for basic network configurations such as IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Assist with user access, domain, and workgroup-related issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical problems and provide good user support.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, and software troubleshooting..
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple user requests and resolve issues within timelines.
- Comfortable with Rotational Shifts/Night Shifts.
